Safety standards:

At Hello Cookie, the health and safety of our customers, team members, and community are our top priorities. Here’s what we’re doing as additional precautions:

1. All cookies are individually wrapped.

2. When handling the cookies, we will wear face coverings and gloves. With frequent hand-washing, cleaning, and disinfecting of surfaces with an alcohol-based sanitizer, available for our employees.

3. Before cookie assembly, Hello Cookie contractor’s are required to sign a Covid-19 questionnaire saying they are not experiencing symptoms and have not been with a person who is known to have laboratory-confirmed COVID-19.

4. Per standard operating procedures, we will continue to send an email for delivery confirmation. We’ll also text or call the receiver when the cookie delivery arrives. When placing an order, you will see various delivery preferences for the drop-off.
